OMAP5912 system-on-chip
OMAP5912 is dual core application processor consisting of ARM9 core and TMS320C55x dsp core.

OMAP5912 is advantageous in embedded designs of portable measurement equipment which require graphical TFT LCD, interfacing to CF/MMC/SD memory cards and realtime signal processing. Incomplete documentation especially for ROM boot ( initial boot from UART or USB) and expensive JTAG tools do not allow me to recommend OMAP5912 to embedded starter or hobbyist.
